Restore capacity.
Activate fresh thinking.
Expand what’s possible.

Designed experiences for women leaders, founders, and the teams and communities they shape.

For Organizations

Onederlust & Om creates experiential environments that restore capacity, activate fresh thinking, and expand what’s possible. We use deliberately designed, embodied experiences to create the conditions where people actually move from insight into action.

Grounded in play science, behavioral research, and design thinking. Created by a former P&G insights leader with 14+ years of experience designing consumer-centered workshops and facilitation.

For Individuals

For too many women in midlife, wellness can start to feel like another thing to manage. Restorative Play offers a different path: active enjoyment, guided by curiosity, without pressure to achieve an outcome.

Onederlust & Om helps women explore the kinds of play that actually restore them, then translates those discoveries into small, doable experiments for everyday life.

Restorative Play

Restorative play creates the conditions people need to try, notice, learn, and move forward. Through creative stations, playful prompts, movement, sensory experiences, and easy connection, each small, accessible experiment helps you notice what actually gives you energy back.

About the Founder

Nadirah Mutala is the founder and Experience Architect behind Onederlust & Om. A former P&G insights leader with 14+ years of experience designing consumer-centered strategy, research, workshops, and facilitation, she brings behavioral understanding and immersive experience design together to help women leaders, founders, teams, and organizations create meaningful moments of restoration, reflection, and forward movement.

Restoration and strategic clarity are the same work. Onederlust & Om designs experiences where both happen at once. Because fun isn't frivolous, it's fuel.

Four Paths of Play

A Map Back to Joy

Play is not childish—it’s human.

It’s how we express vitality, regulate emotion, build connection, and return to ourselves. Yet for most women, play is the first thing to go when life gets full.

Return joy and pleasure to their rightful place: at the center of well-being.

We call these pathways “Restorative Play Pathways”—a reimagined framework inspired by Dr. Stuart Brown’s foundational research on play personalities, adapted for women navigating the complexity and possibility of midlife.

Each path reflects a distinct way of naturally accessing joy, creativity, and connection.
Your Primary Play Path is where play feels most natural - your home base for joy - but every path is open to you. All paths lead to the same place: more aliveness, more joy, more of who you already are.
